1 Who We Are
All Your BI B.V. (“All Your BI“, “we“, “our“, “us“) is a private limited company registered in the Netherlands. Our business‑intelligence and data‑engineering teams help organisations turn data into insight.

2 What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains—in plain language—how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you:
- visit www.allyourbi.nl or any page that links to this notice;
- contact us for information, demos, proposals or support;
- receive marketing from us; or
- apply for a job with All Your BI.
It applies globally and is designed to meet the main requirements of the EU & UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD and similar laws.
3 Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Directly from you – when you fill in a form, send an e‑mail, call us, download a white‑paper or apply for a job.
- Automatically – via cookies and similar technologies (IP address, browser type, device data, page interactions).
- From third parties – business directories, event organisers, marketing partners or your employer if we work with them.
Typical personal data include your name, job title, company, business contact details, marketing preferences, any message you submit and—if you are a candidate—your CV and cover letter.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive data such as health or biometric information, and our site is not aimed at children under 16.
4 How & Why We Use Your Data
We only process personal data when we have a lawful reason to do so:
- To respond to an enquiry or perform a contract (GDPR Art. 6 (1)(b))
– e.g. sending quotes, providing support, delivering our services. - To run and improve our website and services (legitimate interest Art. 6 (1)(f))
– e.g. analytics, security logging, bug fixing. - To send you marketing you have asked for or which may be relevant to your role
– based on your consent or our legitimate interest in B2B marketing. You can opt out at any time. - To meet legal duties (Art. 6 (1)(c))
– tax, bookkeeping, fraud prevention, sanctions screening. - To hire new colleagues (pre‑contractual steps Art. 6 (1)(b))
We never sell your information. Automated decision‑making that produces legal or similarly significant effects is not performed.
5 Cookies & Similar Technologies
Our cookies are limited to:
- Essential cookies – remember preferences and let the site work;
- Analytics cookies – help us understand traffic and improve content;
- Marketing cookies (only if you accept) – keep our ads relevant.
Your first visit will trigger a banner asking for consent where required. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the ‘Cookie Settings’ link in the footer.
6 Sharing Your Information
We may share personal data with trusted third parties who act under our instructions:
- cloud hosting and e‑mail providers (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace);
- analytics and digital‑marketing partners (we limit this to business‑to‑business outreach);
- professional advisers (lawyers, auditors); and
- regulators or law‑enforcement when we are legally required to.
All suppliers must sign data‑processing agreements and keep your information secure and confidential.
Third Party Processors
Our carefully selected partners and service providers may process personal information about you on our behalf as described below:
We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information. Our appointed data processors include:

7 International Transfers
Most of our systems are hosted in the European Economic Area (EEA). If we transfer data outside the EEA or UK—for instance to a U.S. SaaS provider—we use European Commission‑approved Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on another lawful mechanism.
8 How Long We Keep Data
We hold data only as long as necessary:
- Marketing contacts: 24 months from last interaction or until you unsubscribe.
- Client records: 7 years for tax and audit reasons.
- Support tickets & project files: up to 5 years after closure.
- Job applications: see Section 9.
When retention ends, we delete or anonymise the data.
9 Applying for a Job
Applying for a Job at All Your BI B.V.
Interested in working with us? Great. You can apply through our website or by sending us an email. Just share your contact details or send in your full application. Once you do, we’ll use your personal data to process your application. This is part of preparing for a potential employment contract.
What personal data do we collect?
When you apply, we process the following details:
• your full name
• your email address
• your phone number
• your CV and anything included in it
• your cover letter or any other documents you submit
We use this data to get in touch with you and to see if you’re a good fit for the role.
How long do we keep your data?
We hold on to your application data for up to three months after we receive it. One month before that period ends, we’ll send you a heads-up that your data will be deleted. You’ll also have the option to request early deletion if you prefer. You can also ask us to delete your data at any point after you apply.
After the three months, your data will be permanently deleted unless you’ve asked us to keep it on file for future roles.
10 Security
We protect personal data through administrative, technical and physical safeguards—such as access controls, encryption, network firewalls, secure coding and regular security testing. If we ever suffer a breach that risks your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities without undue delay.
11 Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete data or restrict how we use it;
- object to certain processing such as direct marketing;
- port data to another provider;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please e‑mail us at privacy@allyourbi.nl. We aim to reply within one month.
12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this notice from time to time. If the changes are material, we will post a prominent notice on our site and, where required, seek your consent. The ‘Effective’ date at the top tells you when the latest version came into force.
